Harold Kaheakulani Haku’ole was born on August 8, 1930 in Honolulu, and we lost him at the age of 80, on Novemeber 30, 2010.
A graduate of St. Louis School, he excelled at several instruments in the Crusader club band.
By day, Harold worked for Pan American Airlines and the Kamehameha Schools, but at night he pursued his true passion – Hawaiian Music !
He made everyone around him sound better.
Harold Haku’ole is one of the 2015 Inductees into the Lifetime Achievement Awards of the Na Hoku Hano Awards.
