Agnes Kealanohea Malabey was born on September 20, 1922 and we lost her, at the age of 55, on October 3, 1977.
Her hanai mother, Ida Malabey, was a noted composer, singer, and dancer.
Aggie Malabey Weisbarth was known for her many radio broadcasts with the “Transit Hawaiians” in the 1940s, and for her popular recordings for the 49th State record label.
Aggie also headlined many long engagements at the Royal Hawaiian, Moana Surfrider, Princess Kaiulani, and Kahala Hilton hotels.
