On her debut long playing recording, Leina’ala Haili was 42 years old in 1965.
In this studio recording, you’ll hear the Makaha Records band singing backup live in the studio.
Leina’ala Halii played ukulele and sang lead,
Benny Saks played keyboards & sang support,
Sonny Kamahele played guitar & sang support,
Jimmy Kaopuiki played bass & sang support,
Billy Hew Len played steel guitar,
& Harold Chang played percussion.
